Razer introduces the Viper V3 Pro. The black version of the wireless gaming mouse weighs 54 grams. The mouse contains a second-generation Focus Pro 35K sensor with a maximum sensitivity of 35,000 dpi and a resolution accuracy of 99.8 percent. The mouse costs 179 euros.
Razer writes in a press release that the Viper V3 Pro also appears in a white variant. That variant weighs 55 grams. The ambidextrous gaming mouse comes with a new feature that allows the user to transfer the sensitivity of an old mouse to the Viper V3 Pro. That function is called sensitivity matcher. The mouse also contains a separate button with which the DPI can be adjusted step by step.
The Viper V3 Pro contains Razer’s third generation optical switches. They would have a life cycle of 90 million clicks. The casing is made from 85 percent recycled plastic. The Viper V3 Pro comes with a Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle. This allows the Viper V3 Pro to achieve maximum performance polling rate of 8000Hz. The new gaming mouse can function for up to 95 hours on a battery charge, provided a polling rate of 1000Hz is used. The battery life drops to 17 hours when the maximum polling rate of 8000 Hz is set.
