KAPELLEN – Come to the Kapellen park on Sunday, June 30 and celebrate the start of summer with Pulptuur. A day packed with music, children’s entertainment and delicious food and drinks.
Pulptuur presents the program with great enthusiasm: At 1.30 pm we start exotically with Belle Perez on the Vijver stage. On the Rozentuin stage you can sing along to ‘De Vlaamse Jukebox’ at 3.30 pm. Emile Verstraeten plays ‘The ideal violin’ in the Jacobuskerk at 4:30 PM, and on the Athletics stage you can dance along with the festive klezemer band Borokov at 9:10 PM
And hold on tight, but it’s true: Hellmut Lotti Goes Metal! comes to Pulptuur. Get your leather ‘frak’ out of the closet and come to the Vijver stage. There, Hellmut sets the park on fire at 6:45 p.m.
The other stage spots are for a large number of local artists.
There is also a lot to do for children. At the playground are the cozy caravans from ‘Everything is running smoothly’ in the children’s drop. They bring games and there are performances and entertainment.
And of course you will find food trucks and counters everywhere for (or against) hunger and thirst.
But you can also tap water for free at the Pidpa Waterbar between the water tower and the playground.
Important Are you coming by bike? Fantastic! But don’t park it in the park, that’s not allowed. This year we will provide extra bicycle parking around the park.
