This afternoon, around 11.25 am, a dangerous scene was observed via a dashcam on the E19 towards Brussels. A BMW 1 Series was spotted driving along the highway at high speed. The driver maneuvered from the third lane to the Kontich merge lane, overtaking all vehicles on the right at a dangerously high speed.
