The Limburg company Yontec, specialized in industrial maintenance, has taken over the B-Source company in East Flanders. CEO and founder Davy Jonckers now has more than 200 employees, generating a turnover of 22 million euros.

B-Source is a specialist in technical capacity provision for industry and has its head office in Aalst. 40 technicians work there. This team is a great addition to Yontec’s offering, both geographically and in terms of expertise.

“This acquisition is an important step forward in our mission to become the finest and largest player in technical capacity provision and 24/7 standby services,” said Davy Jonckers, CEO of Yontec, who, together with the other directors Peter Manet and Indufin , completed the deal. “With the B-Source team on board, we are not only increasing our capacity and technical expertise, but also strengthening our vision to raise the bar for our customers every day.”

Yontec’s services are now supported by the regional offices in Hasselt, Leuven, Herentals and Aalst, continuing the geographical spread. “This regional presence is very important to be close to our customers and to offer our services as quickly and efficiently as possible,” Jonckers explains. “The expansion to Aalst not only expands our geographic reach but also strengthens our ability to operate on a national level while providing locally embedded service.”

The integration into the Yontec team will take place gradually, so that the flexibility to respond to market developments and the high requirements for safety and quality are maintained.
