V&H Afwerking, a dynamic Limburg finishing company, now belongs to the Vandebos Group in Alken. Dieter Heleven and Renaat Vaesen from V&H are joining the company of Krijn Henrotte and Staf Jacobs.

“Through the participation in V&H Afwerking, Vandebos Group can on the one hand stimulate its continued growth and on the other hand (and above all) offer improved service and more construction disciplines to our customers,” say Staf Jacobs and Krijn Henrotte, directors of Vandebos Group. “V&H Afwerking partly works for the other companies in our group, such as Vandebos Bouw, V&B Dakwerken and V&V Infra, but of course also for external customers and contractors.”

The decision to collaborate is largely based on shared core values. “A puzzle that fits together perfectly,” says Dieter Heleven, director and co-owner of V&H Afwerking, with more than 20 years of experience in the world of plasterboard works. “We can now realize projects in plasterboard works, drywall walls and suspended ceilings for Vandebos Group, as well as expand our market position and expertise to other contractors, project developers and clients.”

Renaat Vaesen, also director and co-owner of V&H Afwerking, adds: “In order to handle all these assignments with the necessary quality assurance, we immediately hired about 10 of our own, experienced employees, supplemented with permanent subcontracted employees. This allows us to realize large volumes in a very short period of time, without compromising the quality of the finish.”

The new offices of V&H Afwerking are located in Alken. Their working area mainly covers Limburg, Flemish Brabant and the Kempen, where they focus on medium-sized and large projects.
