Minisforum has started selling the S100 computer stick. That is a small computer with an Alder Lake-N processor from Intel and a 2.5Gbit/s Ethernet port with power-over-Ethernet. The device can be connected to a screen with an HDMI cable.

Minisforum offers the S100 in its European online store for 259 euros. The company announced the compute stick in January, but is now starting sales. The S100 is a small computer in stick format with dimensions of 152x58x18.55mm. It is a compact Windows PC that runs on an Intel N100 processor, which has four cores, four threads and an integrated GPU. The compute stick also has 8GB of Lpddr5 single-channel memory and 256GB of storage space.

The S100 has wireless internet connections via Wi-Fi 6 or Bluetooth 5.2, but also works with a wired connection. The device has a 2.5Gbit Ethernet port. It also supports power-over-Ethernet, so users do not have to use a separate power supply. The device also has an HDMI connection, as opposed to a connector like many computer sticks have. The S100 does have a USB-C port for a DisplayPort video out. This allows two 4k monitors to be connected to the device.

There are also two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports on the device, in addition to the one USB-C port. The model has a fixed price; unlike most Minisforum hardware, there are no different configurations available.
