There have been a lot of transfer rumors going around about Zeno Debast lately. The RSC Anderlecht player’s entourage responded to the latest gossip.
RSC Anderlecht is still on title track. The good performances are also followed abroad and purple and white players are being considered for a transfer this summer.
That is also the case for Zeno Debast. The RSC Anderlecht defender has already been linked to several foreign clubs, but no decision has yet been made.
On Wednesday, the Portuguese Record reported that Sporting CP is in pole position to sign Debast. The club would also like to make the deal completely official before the European Championship.

A personal agreement would be in the air and there would also be an agreement with Anderlecht about the transfer fee, which would amount to around 16 million euros.
However, Debast’s entourage denies those Portuguese reports, transfer journalist Sacha Tavolieri said on his official channels.
Sporting CP’s interest has been confirmed, but nothing has been arranged with Anderlecht yet. Several other teams are said to still be in the running to sign Debast. The matter should be resolved in the coming weeks.
