Performs in front of one and a half million people

Madonna, singer

Madonna gave a free mega concert in the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro on Saturday. More than one and a half million people descended on the legendary Copacabana beach. The performance was the final part of The Celebration Tour, with which the singer celebrates a career of forty years. Local media write that the concert cost the city 11 million euros, including the 3.1 million fee for Madonna. The city council is confident that the event will generate a multiple of that amount.

Denies new allegations of abuse

Kevin Spacey, actor

In a British documentary, ten men, including new witnesses, again accuse Kevin Spacey of sexual violence. In response, the actor denies the charges. “Have I ever made an awkward attempt on someone who ultimately turned out not to be interested? Yes. That may not have been the best decision and it’s a decision I wouldn’t make again today. But it happened and it wasn’t illegal.” Spacey, who was acquitted in previous cases, calls the documentary one-sided.

Receives one and a half million euros less in wages

Michel Doukeris, CEO of AB InBev

It won’t make him eat less of a sandwich, but 2023 was not the best year for Michel Doukeris. The CEO of beer producer AB InBev saw his pay slip reduced by 1.6 million euros and received ‘only’ 5.6 million euros deposited into his account. According to money expert Pascal Paepen, this is due to the blow that Bud Light received in the United States after a marketing stunt with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney. “Because of that stunt, Bud Light immediately lost its position as the most popular beer brand in the US,” says Paepen The last news.

Enters Boudewijn Seapark without a ticket

Acid, youtuber

“It looks terrible.” After Boudewijn Seapark was called one of the weakest parks in Europe by a YouTuber, Acid also checked the condition of the amusement park. He entered without buying a ticket. According to Acid, the amusement park looks more like a container park. “The whole park is about to collapse, it’s dirty here and they don’t care for anything. And then they have dolphins and shit here. Someone clearly needs to come here and inspect whether everything is okay.” When employees caught Acid, he was shown the exit.
