Day begins often very cloudy with gradually some light rain at intervals from France. In the afternoon, the RMI expects it to become more unstable from the French border, with some showers but also clear spells. The mercury does not climb higher than 6 or 8 degrees in the Ardennes and around 9 or 10 degrees elsewhere.
‘in the evening it will remain partly cloudy with still a chance of some local showers. Gradually the shower activity decreases and the clear spells become wider.
During the day the night it will usually be dry, but mist, (freezing) fog and low clouds will form in many places. The minimum temperatures are between -2 and +2 degrees in Lower Belgium and in the Ardennes the mercury can drop to -4 degrees.
Wednesday In most places inland it will start gray with low cloud, local fog and possibly some drizzle. During the course of the day the clouds will break more and more and the skies will clear up. It will even be quite sunny on the coast.
