Helios Ring
A new product from Amazfit is the Helios. This smart ring was first seen at CES 2024 in January. The Helio Ring is made of a titanium alloy and it is safe for the skin. The ring contains a number of sensors that record vital information such as heart rate and oxygen in the blood.
Amazfit mainly gives the Helios Ring a function in the recovery time of an athlete. It does not take over the function of a smartwatch during exercise. In addition, a ring is a lot more comfortable to wear while sleeping to measure sleep. The product page also shows that you can wear and use the Helios Ring without a Smartwatch. Although they do emphasize that the gadget works best with a smartwatch from Amazfit. I understand.
Helios and the Oura
The Helios Ring from Amazfit will go on sale from May 15 for a price of $300. It is not known whether he will come to the Netherlands immediately. This price is slightly below the cheapest Oura ring that has been on sale for a while. This does include a monthly subscription of six euros per month. Amazfit has not planned a subscription for the Helios Ring for the time being.
