Scooby-Doo will soon be back in a different form. After the successful cartoon versions and even some live-action versions, Netflix will also soon come up with a new twist on the popular characters. It is not known exactly when the series will be released.
Netflix is still one of the biggest players in remakes of popular cartoons, comics and anime. The streaming service has already made convincing versions of it Dead Boy Detective, Wednesday and One Piece. This time there is a remake of the popular series Scooby Doo On schedule.
Scooby Doo
There have been many different versions of it over the years Scooby Doo appeared. The most popular is without a doubt the Hanna-Barbera cartoon. The first episode of that series appeared in 1969 and was seen everywhere for years afterwards. Several seasons of the cartoon also appeared in our country.
The success of Scooby Doo ensured that the series subsequently received many spin-offs, films and even video games. Although it has been a while since there was any talk of a new project, that will soon change.
New series
According to Variety Netflix is busy making a new live-action series based on Iwao Takamoto’s well-known characters. Not much is known about the content yet, but Josh Appelbaum (Citadel, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) and Scott Rosenberg (Venom, Jumanji) would be responsible for the scenarios and also produce.
The new series will be under the Warner Bros. banner. are released. It is not known exactly when the series will appear on Netflix.
