Android 15 seems to be equipped with a function that we know from Apple. You will find Live Activities on the iPhone, and they will also come to the new Android version. We see this in a video that has been published.

Live Activities in Android 15

Google is busy testing improvements and new features in Android 15. The necessary test versions have already been released. Mishaal Rahman has now come across a new feature that we can prepare for in Android 15. The new version will be equipped with a feature that will be familiar to iPhone users. Live Activities will apparently also make their debut on Android.

In the video we see the lock screen of Android 15, with various activities visible at the bottom of the screen. It appears that Google is moving the At A Glance widget in terms of position. While this can currently be found at the top of the screen to the right of the clock, it can probably be found at the bottom of the screen with Android 15, just like with Apple iOS.

A complete comeback of widgets to the lock screen is probably not possible. According to rumors, Google would like to allow widgets on the lock screen again, but not on smartphones. This feature would only come to the tablet.
