The Europa Children’s Aid Foundation is looking for holiday families for children between the ages of 6 and 12.

Europa Kinderhulp organizes trips for vulnerable children from Germany, France, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands, so that they have the opportunity to go on holiday with a family in the Netherlands. A trip lasts 10 days to two weeks (it varies per trip). How does it work? The contact persons in the sending countries select the children who need to be taken away from the difficult circumstances of their daily lives. During the summer holidays, the children and their tour guides travel to the Netherlands by bus, train or plane. A holidaying family meets their holidaying child at a central location in the region. During the child’s stay, it is not about expensive outings, but rather about offering attention and security. In addition, each holiday family will have a contact person who can provide assistance where necessary. At the end we meet at the agreed location and the children travel back to their hometown in groups. 60 Years of Europe Children’s Aid has shown that the children revive during their stay with the holiday families and can be carefree children again.

Choose your own trip! The organization is still looking for new holiday families for next summer, so that as many children as possible have a place to spend their holiday here. We offer different trips in each region, you can choose which trip you prefer. It does not matter whether you are single or cohabiting and whether you have children or not. The most important thing is that you want to offer a vulnerable child a nice, carefree time at your home.
