Johan Boskamp is the analyst who never minces words. Probably also the man who has watched the most matches ever. The Dutchman also looked at Club Brugge’s performance.
He obviously saw how Club conceded a draw at the end of the match against Fiorentina. “Well, that Onyedika must have slept badly. How can you not know that you have taken a yellow card?” Boskamp wonders HBvL.
“And why didn’t anyone tell him that? It would be extremely unfortunate if they missed the final because of that card. I thought Club was less good at football than in the previous matches, but I still have confidence in them.”
“Fiorentina gives away a lot of space and easily swallows goals. If Club reaches the level it reached in the play-offs, I can see them winning by more than one goal.”
He also has a clear opinion about who should be in goal. “Just give me Jackers. You can’t say that Club is doing badly since that little guy is in goal, right? I see no reason for Hayen to suddenly change now and choose Mignolet.”
