Radja Nainggolan has parted ways with his Indonesian club, Bhayangkara Presisi Indonesia FC. They narrowly lost on the last matchday and ended up penultimate. That also means relegation.
That had been inevitable for some time. Nainggolan himself was absent and said goodbye to the club on Instagram, but did not rule out his return in the future.
Nainggolan left for Indonesia at the end of last year. The project of Bhayangkara, a club affiliated with the Indonesian National Police, managed to convince the former Red Devil.
The goal was clear: to keep Bhayangkara at the highest level after a weak start. Unfortunately, Nainggolan ultimately failed to achieve this with ten games played, one goal and three assists.
On Instagram, Il Ninja’ thanks the club for the opportunity he was given. “I hope to continue my story here, with this or another team,” Nainggolan writes.
“The people I have met here are wonderful and they will always have my respect. Thank you, Bhayangkara FC, for this wonderful experience. Hopefully see you next season, but my future will be in this country anyway. To be continued…”
