RSC Anderlecht has started excellently in PO1. The Purple & White kept the three points at home against Royal Antwerp FC and immediately put rival Union SG under heavy pressure. However, the record champion also does a lot of work behind the scenes.

For example, next season is already being thought about at Lotto Park. The Purple & White must then appear competitive again and to do this they are looking around for reinforcements. Not surprisingly, RSCA follows a Danish approach.

Anderlecht wants right back from Silkeborg

Anderlecht watcher Kjell Doms reports (The last news) that the people of Brussels are showing strong interest in Oliver Sonne. That is a 23-year-old right back from Silkeborg, the current number six in the Danish play-offs. According to the newspaper, the player should cost 1.5 million euros.

Sonne is a basic player at Silkeborg and has made a total of 83 appearances. He scored 6 times and also provided 9 assists. Striking: Sonne has both Danish and Peruvian nationality. He recently made his debut for the Peru national team.

Sonne already played against Anderlecht

Sonne and Anderlecht have already looked into each other’s eyes. He competed against RSCA in the Conference League last season. The Purple & White then won 1-0 and 0-2. Sonne played ninety minutes twice.

At Anderlecht, Sonne will have to compete for a spot at right back. RSCA currently has Louis Patris and Killian Sardella available for that position. The latter was important last weekend with the only goal against Antwerp.
