In November last year, the rapper celebrated his 39th birthday with a party called “Moroccan Nights” at his private residence in Hidden Hills. In doing so, he paid tribute to his rich Moroccan heritage. The venue was decorated with complex Moroccan decoration, including exotic animals such as zebras and camels. Musical greats such as Travis Scott, Offset, Chris Brown and Zack Bia, as well as El Gara Gayn Castel (founder of El Gara Gayn Clothing) and other celebrities were treated to a show by oriental dancers and delicious meals with Moroccan influences.

At the age of 13, Casablanca-born French Montana discovered hip-hop culture in the Bronx. The young Karim Kharbouch, as he is really called, became passionate and started making mixtapes and underground DVDs. He collaborated with unknown artists and his career really took off with the release of the DVD series “Cocaine City”. However, the collaboration with Max B meant his definitive breakthrough.

French Montana signed with Diddy’s Bad Boy Records, which further increased his fame. Hits such as “Pop That” and “Unforgettable” (10 times platinum and diamond) dominated the charts. The successes kept coming: his studio albums, such as “Excuse My French” and “Jungle Rules”, were commercially and critically acclaimed. Collaborations with Drake, Lil Wayne and Rick Ross strengthened the “Famous” rapper’s position in the music industry.
