Gennez: “No evidence that Belgian agency employee stayed in Hamas member’s home”

The 33-year-old Palestinian and his seven-year-old son were killed in an Israeli army airstrike in the city of Rafah.

According to the Israeli ambassador, the house where Nabhan and his family were staying was attacked because a Hamas member was also present. “However, no evidence has been provided for this,” Gennez responded afterwards. The ministers therefore request an independent and transparent investigation into the facts. “Regardless of that, civilians, including innocent children, were still killed during the attack,” Gennez said. “It seems that the Israeli government considers that an acceptable price.
