An investigation is underway into the accident that Bril caused in January. Bril had 1.67 per mille of alcohol in his blood when he drove his car over trainee Joe Claridge (37). The family of the British victim filed a complaint with civil proceedings in our country. Claridge has now woken up from his coma.
