A 16-year-old student, who refused to pay for protection, was admitted to the hospital at Geraardsbergen station on Thursday after school. An older man, who wanted to intervene, joined in the blows. Two perpetrators were arrested by the police and the East Flanders public prosecutor’s office is conducting an investigation into the facts. “’Ici c’est mon quartier’, my son was told on Monday.
