Joris Holderbeke (62) worked as a technical employee at the primary Catholic schools in Wetteren until a thrombosis put an end to his professional career. But he is best known as an incredibly strong musician and bassist in numerous bands. “I have to make do with a small allowance, but I now have much more time for my music,” says the eternal optimist at home in Wegvoeringstraat.
