Dorsey received a message from an X user asking if he was still on Bluesky’s board of directors. Dorsey’s answer, according to TechCrunch, was: “No.” Dorsey gave https://twitter.com/jack/status/1786739952627208579?s=46&t=sVvVqfqtrpFRLF39Bfwg9w no details or motivation for his departure. Shortly after Dorsey’s response, Bluesky confirmed that the man no longer sits on the board of directors. The company thanks the former CEO of Twitter in a post on Bluesky for the services rendered.

Bluesky is an alternative to X and Mastodon and was founded by Jack Dorsey, who previously founded the former Twitter. The platform became https://twitter.com/jack/status/1204766078468911106 as a division of Twitter, where a decentralized social media standard had to be developed. Bluesky has been a separate platform since the beginning of 2022. The social medium largely looks the same as the current X.
