ING has been struggling with technical problems since Sunday, and the disruption will continue on Monday. Arranging banking matters via the app or via HomeBank and withdrawing and depositing money at ING ATMs is not possible. It is due to IT maintenance during the night from Saturday to Sunday. You can still pay with an ING debit and credit card, and you can also withdraw money from a Batopin or other ATM.

Bank ING is experiencing technical problems after a problem occurred during IT maintenance work on the night from Saturday to Sunday. As a result, it is not possible to make banking transactions via the app or via ING HomeBank, to withdraw and deposit money at ING ATMs and to deposit money into ING accounts at Batopin CASH points.

The problem occurred during scheduled maintenance work. It is still possible to make payments with ING debit and credit cards. Customers can also withdraw money from Batopin CASH points or other third-party ATMs, or make payments with Google Pay and Apple Pay.

“Our teams are doing everything they can to resolve the problem before Monday morning, March 25,” ING said in a press release yesterday. The problems have not been solved for the time being. The bank also apologizes to its customers for the inconvenience.
