A few weeks ago, Prize d’Eau already won the VIP Bay Award. Now Prize d’Eau has won another prize, namely that of the most beautiful PAR3 course in the Netherlands!
After winning in 2017 and 2018, the award is back in Tilburg. In the annual Golfers’ Choice Rankings of the best golf courses in Europe and beyond, Prize d’Eau finished at number 1 with the most beautiful PAR3 course in the country.
Golfing Netherlands chooses Prize d’Eau
The Golfers’ Choice Awards are presented annually in various categories. The rankings are determined based on reviews by Leading Courses users. Only jobs with enough reviews have a chance of winning an award.
Prize d’Eau gratefully accepts this prestigious award. “It is a great honor for us to be recognized again as the most beautiful PAR3 course in the Netherlands. This award is a reflection of the commitment and dedication of our entire team and the greenkeepers at De Enk, who work day in, day out to keep our course in top condition. Our sincere thanks go to all golfers who judged Prize d’Eau and helped us win this award,” said director Hedwig Wassing in a press release.
What is a PAR3 track?
PAR3 courses are fun, often challenging (because they are narrow, for example) and above all ideal for working on your golf game! This applies to both advanced and novice golfers! Especially if you don’t have much experience yet, you have a better chance of making a par on a PAR 3 course than on a large course! The distances to the green are often not that great. For advanced golfers, the trick is to make lots of birdies and pars!
