Duvelblues is preparing for a fantastic 21st edition.
On Saturday, May 25, Duvelblues will once again receive the very best international artists from blues and roots music in Ruisbroek-Puurs. This year the festival features 8 artists (from the US, Northern Ireland, the Netherlands and Belgium), who give the best of themselves on two different stages.
Over the years, many big names have found their way to Ruisbroek, and this year is no different. The poster, for example, features the great Elliott Murphy, the troubadour who has always been placed in the gallery of the greats (Dylan, Springsteen) by music lovers for many years. We also look forward to the fiery live act of Kaz Hawkins and the soulful guitar virtuoso SaRon Crenshaw.
The two alternating stages, including a smaller one for more intimate performances, are a proven success formula for Duvelblues, which once again underlines its solid reputation with this 21st edition (!). In addition to the strong poster, the festival from Klein-Brabant also always has a friendly atmosphere – early birds are even treated to a free Duvel. The free camping space close to the festival means that blues fans from abroad also settle in Ruisbroek.
