Hints and clues about the Hippopotamus
In the first episode of The Masked Singer, the Hippo had the wonderful honor of kicking off the season. Very nice, but more importantly: who is hiding behind this beautiful pink suit that wouldn’t look out of place at a Toppers concert? This ‘Hippy Hippo’ is no rookie on stage and sees her participation as a true dream come true. She likes to jump into the deep end.
The confirmed hints:
- The hints have disappeared this season, but we are still one step closer. When asked whether this Hippopotamus has foreign roots, the answer was: ‘Yes, very far far far away.’

Who is the Hippopotamus in The Masked Singer 2023?
We can drop a few names here, but it is more interesting to see what exactly the public thinks about. They clearly haven’t decided yet, because names like Stefania Liberakakis, Emma Wortelboer, Eloise van Oranje are heard and someone also suspects that this is Floortje Dessing.
