David Coulthard speaks highly of Max Verstappen. He told the Gazzetta that he thinks the Dutchman is on the same level as Michael Schumacher and Lewis Hamilton. The Scot, who used to race for Red Bull Racing, is looking forward to the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort.
Coulthard also spoke about who he thinks should drive for Alpine and AlphaTauri: “Pierre Gasly [bij Alpine]. He has the experience and the skills. I understand that the relationship with Ocon can be a problem, but I think this is the best solution.” He is also clear about who he would like to see in Formula 1 with Red Bull’s B-team: “An American. Many are talking about Colton Herta, so probably him. All continents must be represented.”

The Dutch have a deep passion
“It was a great battle for pole, it was great fun to watch. Max was super. And we’ve been keeping a close eye on Ferrari since the start of the season, because they are a really strong team, especially in the “Charles also put in a brilliant performance.
