ERMELO The first entrepreneurs and retailers have already registered to participate in Pauwer’s December act. Together with the Center Management Ermelo, they are organizing the December campaign for the fourth time. From Saturday, November 18, 2023, everyone can receive stamps from more than fifty Ermelo entrepreneurs to compete for various prizes.
“Local for local is the motto of this December campaign,” says Gert Hofsink. “Buying local is rewarded. When purchasing ten euros, the customer receives a stamp and with five stamps the card is already full. This card is also the lottery number. And ten euros is so spent these days now that Sinterklaas is at the door. Sint likes to buy locally, after all, it is the local entrepreneurs who make the village attractive. And events, sponsorship campaigns and the Sinterklaas arrival are made possible by local entrepreneurs.”
“We of course also buy the prizes from local entrepreneurs,” says Natalie Overkamp on behalf of the Pauwer association. “And these are, as in previous years, fantastic prizes. In recent years we have had prizes such as a minute of free shopping at the supermarket, an iPhone, fashion vouchers, lingerie voucher, microwave, Quooker, catering or hairdressing voucher and even New Year’s Eve locks.” The stamp campaign starts on Saturday, November 18 and lasts until the Christmas market. on Saturday, December 16.
From Saturday 18 November, the now well-known Pauwer sticker will be on the shop doors of participating retailers. These retailers are participating in the December campaign and handing out stamps for every ten euros spent. Overkamp: “You must keep the full cards until December 16, because then they can be used for the desired prizes.” At the Christmas market in the afternoon there will be a Pauwer stall on which the prizes are displayed. You can then deposit the full stamp card(s) in the accompanying box. The live draw will follow at 4 p.m. on Pauwenplein. “But people should not forget to enter their name and telephone number on the card, because the winners will be called on the spot to inform them that they have won a prize. So if you want to know immediately whether you have won a prize, come to the Pauwenplein on Saturday, December 16, at 4 p.m.
