HortiHeroes
‘Director for 1 day’ is an initiative of HortiHeroes, SeedValley. The aim of this initiative is to make HBO and WO students enthusiastic about a career in the food & flower industry. “The need for talent in the sector is great and there is still a lot of unknowns about our sector,” says initiator and project leader Lenny Dijkshoorn. “Attracting talent is not a one-time event; It is our task as a sector to all make a positive contribution to this.”
