Well, the observant reader among us has of course already noticed that Deadpool 3 actually already had a release date. The superhero film with Ryan Reynolds was actually supposed to be released on May 3 of next year, but was significantly delayed due to the strike in Hollywood. Now there is finally news about the postponed date. Ryan Reynolds already teased fans via his Instagram: “Did @Dogpool save the day? Not a chance. Disney provides clarity around the release date of Deadpool 3
Ryan Reynolds’ teaser has now been confirmed by Disney. Deadpool 3 will not be released on May 3, 2024, but three months later, on July 26. The new one would actually be around the same period Captain America film will be released, but Disney will postpone it to February 14, 2025, setting off the entire domino effect. So it becomes Blade moved again to the summer of 2026, while Mufasa: The Lion King will be postponed again to December 20, 2024.
