The purchasing power promotions continue Carrefour: The retailer announced a new series of price cuts this week and is also launching a digital savings campaign that will run until mid-December.

On November 6, Carrefour launched a fifth price reduction in all its stores, with a focus on seasonal products that fit perfectly with the autumn weather: think of soup, raclette cheese or potato gratin, for example. The previous price reductions of course remain valid. The retailer says it has already reduced the price of hundreds of products. Carrefour started purchasing power promotions in May, in response to falling raw material prices.
This month the retailer is also launching its first digital stamp promotion. Shoppers who register in the app, on the website or via kiosks in stores receive a stamp for every 20 euros they spend in a Carrefour Hyper or Market, and for every 10 euros at Carrefour Express. For 20 stamps they receive 10 euros in bonus points, after another 20 new stamps they receive 15 euros and for the next 20 stamps they receive 25 euros: so they can save 50 euros together. It is no coincidence that this is a digital campaign: Carrefour wants to digitize more and more and is, for example, gradually phasing out the distribution of paper brochures.
Some examples of the new price reductions:
Carrefour Velouté 8 vegetables 1L: price reduced from 2.25 to 1.99 euros
Entremont Raclette Fumée 250G: price reduced from 8.25 to 6.99 euros
Carrefour Fondue Oil Herbs 1L: price reduced from 5.99 to 4.99 euros
Boursin Pepper 150g: price reduced from 5.09 to 3.79 euros
Carrefour Selection Gratin Dauphinois 4x120g: price reduced from 3.39 to 2.99 euros
Dove Bath Original 750 ml: price reduced from 8.19 to 6.99 euros.
