Three Flemish programs nominated for Golden Rose, which follow in the footsteps of ‘De mol’ and ‘Wat als?’

With ‘Straight to Prison’, ‘Destination

‘Right to Prison’, a human interest program on Play 4 in which six rulers were locked up in the brand new prison in Haren, has been nominated in the ‘Factual Entertainment and Reality’ category.

‘Destination The program also won prizes at the television fair in Cannes a few weeks ago.

The VRT is also doing its bit with ‘Season of Sex’. The VRT MAX series in which the main character searches for the secret of good sex has been nominated in the ‘Multiplatform Series’ category.

In the past, Flemish television makers have often been allowed to take home such a Golden Rose. ‘De Mol’, ‘Wat Als?’, ‘Down The Road’ and ‘Sorry for Everything’ have already won prizes and last year James De Musical was the winner.

We will know on November 27 whether such a Golden Rose will come to Flanders again this year, when the prizes will be awarded in London.
