The Eagles have six players inactive for their Week 9 NFC East rivalry games vs. Dallas.
DE Derek Barnett: The veteran edge rusher is inactive for the first time this season.
TE Grant Calcaterra: The tight end was in concussion protocol this week and will not play.
QB Tanner McKee (3rd QB): The rookie will serve as the emergency quarterback and can only play if Jalen Hurts and Marcus Mariota get injured.
DT Moro Ojomo: With all defensive tackles healthy, the rookie is inactive.
CB Bradley Roby: The veteran corner misses his third straight game with a shoulder injury.
RB Boston Scott: The running back did not practice all week due to a personal matter.
Guard Cam Jurgens is out for his fifth straight game but does not count against the 53-man roster because he is still on Injured Reserve.
Tight end Albert Okwuegbunam and running back Rashaad Penny will be active to replace Calcaterra and Scott.
Linebacker Ben VanSumeren was elevated from the practice squad for today’s game. The rookie will make his NFL debut in Week 9.
Cornerback James Bradberry (thigh) was added to the injury report on Friday but will play. Defensive tackles Jalen Carter (back) and Jordan Davis (hamstring) were full participants at practice on Friday and are good to go. Guard Sua Opeta (hip), tight end Jack Stoll (ankle), and defensive tackle Milton Williams (shoulder) practiced fully on Friday and have no game status designations for today’s game.
For the Cowboys, tackle Tyron Smith and guard Chuma Edoga were questionable coming into today’s game but are both active.
Quarterback Trey Lance (3rd QB), cornerback Noah Igbinoghene, cornerback Eric Scott, running back Deuce Vaughn, wide receiver Jalen Brooks, and defensive lineman Villiami Fehoko are all inactive for the Cowboys. – Written by Owen Boyle
