Almost a month after the attack by the extremist Palestinian movement Hamas in Israel, there are still Israeli hostages in the Gaza Strip. The terrorist movement took about 240 Israelis to Gaza.
Many hundreds of demonstrators took to the streets on Saturday in front of the official residence of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem.
Protesters say Netanyahu is responsible for the security failure that allowed Hamas fighters to enter Israeli territory on October 7 and should resign.
In Tel Aviv, relatives of the Israeli hostages in Gaza and their sympathizers came to demonstrate to the Ministry of Defense. Netanyahu must do more to free the hostages, was the gist. Many demonstrators want to camp in front of the ministry until the hostages are released.
