Taylor Swift earns well. Not only with her range of albums, but especially with her Era’s Tour. She does fun things with that money, such as buying bizarre villas. The New York Post did research into the singer’s real estate portfolio and we listed all of Taylor’s houses for you.
Taylor Swift has risen to become the second richest self-made woman in the music world – with a fortune of a whopping $740 million. She has surpassed Madonna’s net worth of $580 million, but is behind Rihanna, whose net worth is $1.4 billion.
These are all of Taylor Swift’s houses
Taylor has a portfolio of properties that together are worth about $80 million. Must be nice.
NYC Townhouse | $47.7 million
Taylor bought virtually an entire block of New York City for $47.7 million in 2014. Her first real estate purchase in New York came in 2014, when she bought two adjacent penthouses in a TriBeCa building for 19.95 million dollars. Four years later, she also bought the second-floor complex for $10 million.
Another purchase in New York: a 100-year-old building on Franklin Street, including a gym, spa, antique French oak floors and a planted terrace with a Japanese paper glass wall. Oh, and of course an apartment next door for her team of security guards.
Westerly, Rhode Island | $17.75 million
Of course you should also be able to escape the city. That’s why Taylor bought a modest $17.75 million (!) villa in Rhode Island. The estate covers no less than 12,000 square meters and has eight bedrooms and eight fireplaces.
Nashville, Tenn. | $1.9 million
When Taylor isn’t strolling around NYC, she’s probably in Nashville, where her music career began. She made one of her first real estate purchases at the age of 20 when she bought a 3,240-square-foot penthouse on Nashville’s Music Row for $1.9 million.
Los Angeles, California | $25 million
Are you even a real star if you don’t have a residency in LA? Taylor probably wondered that too when she bought several houses in the city. She gave up two, but she kept one estate: the 1934 Georgian Revival estate that she bought for a whopping $25 million. The seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom home spans 10,982 square feet.
