Although IFA is normally a fair with many new announcements in the TV area, it was a bit disappointing this year. Some major manufacturers, such as Sony, were not even present at all. TVs are fortunately just one type of display; if we look a bit broader, there was actually a lot of innovation to be seen. LG had a 45″ ultrawide OLED gaming monitor, an OLED monitor with adjustable curvature and a screen that automatically adjusts to the user’s position. At Samsung, we came across their 34″ QD OLED gaming monitor, just like the giant 55″ curved Ark screen. We also noticed the 2022 edition of The Frame, because of its extremely good anti-reflective coating. Finally, at TCL we were able to get started with OLED glasses that work as an external screen. Lenovo, but actually a lot better.
In this video we list all these innovations for you.
