Lab9 Stores, partner company of technology giant Apple, will open an Apple store in Waasland Shopping in Sint-Niklaas on Saturday, November 4. In addition to repairs, customers will also be able to attend free workshops on the use of Apple hardware and software.
The store in the Sint-Niklase shopping center will be a so-called Apple experience store or APP. “Customer experience takes precedence even more in such an Apple Premium Partner than in other stores,” says Geert Coolman, CEO of Lab9 Group.
“The store’s services are similar to those of other Lab9 stores, but in addition to the showroom, the store space also contains a training room and a technical room for repairs. The store design is based on Apple’s experience in stores around the world. In this latest store concept from Apple, even more importance is attached to customer focus, where we provide free training every Saturday to the general public on the use of the new Apple hardware and software.”
