huhThe championship ball is back! Tonight the hymn will be heard again across Europe, on Wednesday Club Brugge will also be in action. That is why we conducted a poll in which you were very unanimous about the foreign clubs: Manchester City stands head and shoulders above the other favorites for the overall victory and Erling Haaland crowns himself top scorer.

According to you, Manchester City is a huge favorite to win the Champions League for the first time in its history, with Bayern Munich and Real Madrid as the main contenders at a very wide range. There was also apparently little discussion about the top scorer. According to almost three quarters of the readers, this will be the spearhead of City, Erling Haaland. The rest is not pictured here either. Karim Benzema (Real Madrid) and Robert Lewandowski (FC Barcelona) follow at a great distance. Only a few believe in the chances of Red Devil Romelu Lukaku (Inter).

There was a little more doubt about the end result of Club Brugge. More than half of the voters think that blue and black will finish third in their group with Leverkusen, Porto and Atlético Madrid and thus winter in the Europa League. A quarter of the surfers think that Club Brugge will be last. That’s slightly more than those who think that blue-black will advance to the knockout round. If that succeeds, the vast majority there thinks that the eighth finals would immediately be the end station.
