What is it with the price? A few pipos throw beer at drivers and the room is too small. Moral outrage everywhere, even the police are called in, because that is not right. But that every cycling race is a game of Russian roulette, in which every rider risks his life? That’s part of it, they say. With each new victim we cry, we wipe our tears, and when the gladiators step into the arena again, we applaud loudly. Also our reporter Sander Van den Broecke. But do we really want this?
