LOOK. Mike Tyson prepares for fight with Jake Paul.

80,000 boxing fans will attend the July 20 match at AT&T Stadium in Arlington between boxing legend Mike Tyson and American YouTuber Jake Paul. But ‘Iron Mike’ believes that despite his old age, he is still a formidable opponent.

The fight receives attention from millions of fans around the world. “Everyone is jealous of the media attention, even athletes, which is cowardly. Most athletes can’t even get millions of fans in their prime. They don’t even sell out big stadiums. Who can say that at the age of 58 he will still sell out a stadium of 80,000 people?”, Tyson pats his chest.

‘Iron Mike’ acknowledges that he still enjoys a lot of interest from the public. “Why do you think Jake Paul wants to compete against me and not anyone else? Everyone wants to fight him at some point, but if he was fighting nobodies every time, the only people in the stadium would be Jake Paul fans,” Tyson continued.

The match against Jake Paul is the first match for Mike Tyson since 2020, when he took on Roy Jones Jr. The match between Paul and Tyson will be an exhibition, USA Today reports. This means that each round will last two minutes as opposed to the standard three in a boxing match. In addition, the two must also wear heavier gloves that should make it safer for both of them. There is also no jury present for the fight. So the fight ends when a knockout is awarded. The fight will be broadcast live on Netflix on July 20.
