LOOK. The bill is already 1 million: Bayern striker Kane is staying in this luxurious five-star hotel while he looks for a home | Champions League

--

‘How many times will he score again?’ That must be what the receptionist at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski in Munich thinks when Harry Kane (30) leaves for another match. The English top striker has been staying in the luxurious five-star hotel since coming to Germany. Price tag? Already more than one million.

Harry Kane left Tottenham last summer after nineteen years and moved to German top club Bayern Munich for around 100 million euros. So far the transfer has been a success. In his first 14 games, Kane scored 17 goals and 7 assists. Just over a week ago he opened jaws with a fantastic goal from his own half, and last weekend he scored a hat-trick in the top match against Dortmund (0-4 win).

The English striker is already well settled on the field, but that is not yet the case off it. Together with his family – wife Kate and children Ivy, Vivienne Jane, Louis and Henry – Kane is still looking for their own house in Bavaria. And yet the family has been living in Germany since August.

In the meantime, the Kanes are still staying at the luxurious five-star Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski in Munich. They occupied a suite there for more than 11,000 euros per night. Since Kane and his family live in Germany, the bill has already risen to more than one million euros. A small one, because the Englishman is the absolute top earner at Bayern with a weekly salary of around 470,000 euros. Sometimes such a hotel bill is also (partly) paid by the club.

The suite consists of a large living room, two marble bathrooms, a terrace and is equipped with a kitchen. There are also six televisions and a butler is available at all times. The hotel also has a spa.

The hotel is about a twenty-minute drive from the Allianz Arena, where Kane and Bayern will face Dries Mertens’ Galatasaray tonight. How many times will he score again?
