Parkinson’s patients make art with grandchildren

In the Warande in Turnhout, people with Parkinson’s started working together with their grandchildren. They made works of art together. This way, grandparents and grandchildren had a nice afternoon. But the grandparents with Parkinson’s were also able to show that more is possible than we usually think. The workshop was organized by Park in dezon, a contact group of volunteers for people with Parkinson’s disease and is part of the Flemish Parkinson League. The workshop was the closing event of the Parki-Art exhibition.
