Marketing company LDV United, located on the Eilandje in Antwerp, is bringing back former creative director Dennis Vandewalle.
LDV United was founded 30 years ago and now has 42 permanent employees. The company has already acquired major customers, including Red Bull, Miele, Jumbo, Ola, Torfs and Argenta. LDV United’s campaigns have already been rewarded with several Effie Awards.
Dennis Vandewalle left as creative director at LDV United in September 2022 to start the sports company Kiss The Badge together with Sam Kerkhofs and Tomas Van Den Spiegel. He returns to LDV United after a year and a half.
“Dennis not only demonstrated his capabilities as a copy and creative director in his first fourteen years at LDV United,” says Harry Demey, CEO and co-founder of LDV United. “He links vision to qualities to get others on board. As managing director, Dennis will pay attention to our strategic department and bridge all departments as head of management.”
Dennis Vandewalle: “Kiss The Badge will continue to evolve under Sporthouse Group and will undoubtedly leave its mark even more on communication in and around sports. I can only be very enthusiastic about my return and new role at LDV United. During the conversation with Harry the common passion for the advertising profession was famously sparked. We speak the same language and complement each other well in important points. It goes without saying that with my background I view the role of managing director with a creative-strategic lens.”
Dennis will therefore lead the new management team. This consists of Tom Thijs (Client Service Director), Yannick Schoch (Creative Director), Wesley Kuystermans (Creative Director) and Ineke Beeckmans (Operations Director). Together with this team, he will determine the course of the agency on the Scheldt alongside Harry Demey (CEO and Brand Inspirator).
