How satisfied are residents with their municipality? That is the question posed in October in the HLN Municipal Report. Many residents in Lierde also gave their opinion on important themes such as safety, affordable housing and good governance. With eighth place out of 300 Flemish municipalities, the final balance is simply fantastic for Lierde. “We continue to keep our finger on the pulse every day,” explains Mayor Jurgen Soetens (Voor Lierde).
