The first nine photos show an ordinary house where the rooms look more or less neat. But anyone who continues to photo number ten in the ad will see that a very special choice of decoration has been made in one of the rooms.
The notary had according to Sudinfo let us know in advance that he would come by to take photos for the advertisement. The resident, who rents the property, would ensure that everything would be in order by then. But in that last photo you can see that the bedroom floor is littered with about a hundred cans of beer.
“The tenant knew that the notary would come and take photos before the sale. But the tenant didn’t clean up and left everything as it was. We took pictures anyway,” says the real estate agent. “We decided to put the photo in the photo gallery because visitors can see it for themselves when they visit. There’s no point in hiding it. According to the notary, it is also not uncommon for tenants not to tidy up the home before the notary visits.
The three-bedroom house is for sale for 190,000 euros. The notary hopes that, despite the photo, “the public will be interested in discovering the property”.
