“Return to the origins”
For Luigi Carraro, President of International Padel Federation (FIP), it means a lot that the World Championship takes place in Paraguay: “Every time major competitions such as the Junior World Championship return to the Americas, one cannot help but feel the emotion of how it it all started in this fantastic country, more than fifty years ago. For the FIP family it is not only the organization of a great competition, but also a return to the origins.”
Jorge Ramirez, President of the Paraguayan Federation, is also extremely proud: “The boys will be cheered on by their families, friends and an entire nation who will be in the stands for a great celebration of the sport and the desire to prove that the The men’s world title won in Mexico in 2021 was no coincidence.”
