Two car shows in Belgium in 2024!

--

It’s official, two salons will be held for the Belgian automotive landscape next year! Following the cancellation of the Brussels Motor Show (the Brussels Motor Show) by Febiac, the Dutch company 402 Automotive has stepped into the gap by organizing the alternative ‘Brussels Auto Show’ from January 17 to 21, 2024 in the same palaces at Heysel. An appointment that has already been made until 2027.

A second car show in Belgium?

But now Febiac goes back on his words! After officially abandoning the traditional Motor Show in May, the Belgian Automobile Federation now announces that it will organize another show: the Automotive eMotion Summit: Shaping Policies & Fleet Innovations. A completely new event that will take place from February 20 to 22, 2024 in the Skyhall of Zaventem Airport. But there’s a catch…

Reserved for professionals

This Automotive eMotion Summit is reserved for professionals, fleet managers and representatives of SMEs. There will not even be a complete offering with the ranges of the various manufacturers in Belgium. It will rather be about the evolutions within the industry and new technologies, such as on the opening day, which will consist entirely of conferences, keynotes, presentations and debates. This new event will therefore be far removed from the traditional Motor Show as we know it, and therefore also from the new Brussels Auto Show.
