Following on from the Starbucks coffee cup that once unexpectedly showed up in predecessor ‘Game of thrones’, ‘House of the dragon’ now has its gaffe too.

In the third episode of the hit HBO television series, which aired Monday, observant fans watched King Viserys walk around with two fingers wrapped in green tape. In the story, the character suffers from an infectious disease that slowly eats away his left arm.

The fingers in question would special effects should have been erased, but apparently the makers had overlooked that. “It special effectsteam was apparently too focused on the dragons to pay attention to the small details,” joked one viewer on social media.

King Viserys’ fingers haven’t been erased with special effects.
