Libido, or rather sexual desire, is something that is different for everyone. But scientific research now shows that there is one particular habit that always causes more desire in women.

Whether you often feel like having sex or are less likely to drag your partner between the sheets: it’s all okay. Sexual desire is something very personal and also evolves with the years that pass, both in your life and in your relationship.

So there is no such thing as a trick that makes everyone suddenly want to have sex, or at least that’s what we thought. A scientific study in the United States found that one particular factor has a major influence on women’s libido.

Have a nice sleep

The researchers discovered through observation and conversations with women in the experiment that their desire increased significantly when they slept longer. What’s more: an extra hour of sleep resulted in an increase of no less than 14% in their libido.

The opposite was also true, as sleep-deprived women also felt less desire to be intimate. So let’s have a nice sleep in!
