Striking passion besides football
As a former football player, Sonck is now a much sought-after analyst and co-commentator, but also has an enormous passion for music. He has already appeared at the Ghent parties and regularly gives the best of himself on stage.
He does this in a well-received supporting role with the duo Bram & Lennert, a cover band from Ninove. A wildly enthusiastic audience really enjoyed Sonck’s performance.
Crazy party song
Tomorrow Wesley will also be a guest on ‘I ask it’, the music program on VRT where Niels Destadsbader is the host. All guests can request a favorite song, which will then be performed with great passion by a Flemish singer/group.
In the preview that VRT shared, we see Sonck and Wullaert going crazy to ‘Let the sun in your heart’ by Willy Sommers, a song that is also played crazy in the Belgian stadiums. Check out the beautiful images below:
